Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with a few exceptions due to shipping carrier limitations.
Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?
Because items are custom made as soon as your order is placed, they cannot be modified or cancelled.
Tracking says my package has been delivered but it hasn't arrived:
For missing or damaged packages, we recommend filing a claim through the shipping carrier immediately. You'll need your tracking information, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email, and photos of any damage if applicable. After filing the claim, please update us with the claim number at hello@ticketspleasepod so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus a $10 shipping fee and an additional $5 processing fee.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department. Since we are unable to anticipate these costs, we cannot cover or reimburse them. Before placing an order, please contact your local customs office to find out what these fees could be. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
